Early Life

Lim is the second of three offspring of Singapore-conceived guardians and is ethnically Han Chinese. He was conceived in Vancouver, where his father was finishing his postgraduate examinations.

His family came back to Singapore when he was 2 and moved to Acton, Massachusetts when he was 11. Lim went to the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School.
